Shipping policy

 

Shipping fees will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout. All shipping charges are applied per delivery destination, even if multiple items are included in a single order.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing Time: Please allow 1–4 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment. "Business days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders shipped to the United States typically take 5–12 business days to arrive at their destination.

Order Tracking As soon as your package is shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you automatically so you can monitor its journey.

Delivery Terms & Liability If a product is delivered to a local pickup point or carrier locker at the customer's request, the date of delivery to that specific location will be considered the official date of delivery.

LUMIRAL is the legal seller in this transaction and holds full responsibility toward the customer according to applicable laws, regardless of fulfillment origin. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as postal strikes, severe weather, courier bottlenecks, or force majeure).

Customers are strictly responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered accurately and completely at checkout. LUMIRAL cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Taxes & Duties Depending on your shipping destination within the United States, applicable local sales taxes may be applied at checkout in accordance with state regulations.
